The customer called in their order over the phone and was quoted a 45-min delivery timeOnce our driver turned onto their street he realized the house number did not existHe contacted the customer to confirm the address and was given a different house numberAfter going to the new house
number the people inside that residence said they did not order foodAt this point our driver contacted the store to inform us he has tried to deliver the food twice but was given wrong information both timesHe had another delivery with him and left to go deliver the other customers foodThe customer contacted the store and spoke with the manager who informed the customer that they gave us the wrong house numberAfter getting the correct house number the food was remade and sent out with a second delivery driverThe first driver was contacted by the manager and told to return to the store because we where remaking the orderThe customer did receive a $off their next order and their food was remadeWe can not deliver orders in a timely manor if we are not given the correct delivery information

I am rejecting this response because: I did not give the wrong address, I know were I liveThe driver contacted us and we gave him the address againI stood out in our front yard waiting for himOur subdivision only has one way in and one way out, both being the same roadWhen we got our order, it was the same foodThe salad was all wilted from sitting in the heat so long and the chicken wings were as tough as could be from being rewarmed or from sitting so longThe driver even apologized for his mistake when he arrived
