Sending the complaint because this lady Cecelia Jacobs Jones running a business tell people can get you certified for a Medical Coder and she cannot do that she has you to sign a form that say Medical Billing Seminar Prep. That she is charging $350.00 for a billing Seminar and an not a Certified coder. An that what on my check the I wrote to her for a coding class. She has not business name she want give me any information on her business name. She said the this form she type up was for a coder certified its only a prep seminar. She wants to get paid under the table and I don't want to take a prep seminar for $350.00 for billing I have 8 years in billing don't need a prep seminar. I need her business name and were it's located. I have copy and paste the form she has and if you need a copy of my check that I thought I was paying for a coding class not a seminar.
