discussed with M,SR that we should call her adjuster, we placed a call into him on Friday and he returned our call on Monday.  Mrs. *, didn't give me a chance to think about and decide on a solution, in that phone call she stated she would tell everyone from here to CA and to FL .  After reading her letter, I am sticking with what my insurance decided.She has at least 7 cats, there  may be more and dogs, There is no way anything can be "pristine" with that many animals inside the home.Sincerely,[redacted]in the attachments, the original; complaint has been notated w/ red ink, the follow 2 pages are our responses to her complaints, the last attachment is a letter from our insurance company

I tried for several days to talk with Mr. [redacted] before finally talking with Ms [redacted] (she did not identify herself to me). And I did say he was a spineless liar because when I finally talked with him, he got off the phone saying he would call me back in 2 minutes, and then left. He had no intention of calling me. As for my pets, I certainly do not have 7 cats but the ones I have, have their own play room with toys, carpeted trees, beds, litter pans. They are all older cats, the youngest is about 8 years old, hardly rambunctious. My dogs are old as well except for one that goes to doggy day care when I go to work. All my pets are block off from going into that side of the house and so Ms [redacted]'s opinion of my furniture or my house for that matter must be based on her personal experience of what her things would look like. I have pictures that show scratches and bangs obvious to anyone that these are not cat scratches unless a lion got a hold of it. And I don't think my pets put paint scuffs on my furniture . I also have pictures showing my flower arrangements stuffed into boxes. I suppose my pets did that too. As I said before they refuse to take responsibility for damage they caused, and I would never recommend them to anyone. I notice that Ms [redacted] made no mention of the other things In my letter; food left in the refrigerators to rot, ruts in my yard from their truck, debris left for someone else to get, furniture left behind. What excuse does she want to make up for this. And yes I'll let people know what a sorry job they did because when you are faced with tragedy you don't need someone adding more to that tragedy.

Attached is Ms. [redacted]’s file.  The pricing used is industry standard, I do NOT make up my prices.  In the pictures,  you will find that she signed a work authorization, a COS (certificate of satisfaction) and and also a  release of Liability, as she did not let my crew do their...

complete job.  The water had been standing in the room for some time.  It was a Sunday,we are allowed to charge after hour prices for  our services, which are also industry standard. They also did NOT call us after one day to pull equipment.  It is standard for a 3 day dry out, especially when they would not let us remove all wet materials.  We made several calls, and Mrs. [redacted] kept telling us her husband was dealing with this, and they were going to put in a claim, but the husband would never call us back.  When we finally did get a hold of him, he wanted the slash the bill to $400.00.  When we told him, no the total is $954.37, Mr. [redacted] then laughed at that, upon which we then informed that he had 3 options: #1 to pay (as he signed), #2 to call his insurance company for them to pay us, or we would send it to collections.  Which is why they contacted you, because they left us no choice but to send it to collections, and now he has our bill, plus the collection fees which he is legally responsible for.Thank you for your time.
