To Whom It May Concern:

I would like to take this time to one Wish you and your staff a Happy Holidays.

I take this time to congratulate your employees on the great work and advancement in my therapeutic and medical conditions. As a returning patient, I was not always happy the last time that I left your establishment. However, since then when I leave this time, things are different.

CEDA and its employees both in the FIU and the South Miami office has taken the time to not only treat me as a patient and show the highest customer service possible, but they have taken the time to treat me as one of the family.

Usually corporations run on the emphasis of one client in, one client out. There are many places in which I could have chosen to go and this time I made the right decision.

I will start with the Dr. The doctor's ability to understand my chronic pain (medical conditions) and incorporate the right and newest therapeutic advances and measures is astonishing. The Dr. takes the time to structure on an either bi weekly or monthly basis re-examine myself and the on-going therapy . I give the highest respect and trust on the Dr.'s ability to understand my conditions in furthering a profitable and long lasting recovery.

Alongside the Dr., there is the office staff and the chiropractic assistants. From always being greeted by first name basis (allowing a more personal and professional rendezvous) and their attention to details towards the appropriate path of my on-going therapy sessions is astonishing. Not only does your office staff generate an "at home experience" they allow myself and other patients the ability to be treated as family. Further, we can not forget the chiropractic assistants that alongside with me have worked in implementing the therapeutic goals in which the Dr. and I have concurred. Their ability to not only treat me but to incorporate their knowledge and abilities is one that must be recognize. With not only their professionalism, but their kindness is one that I look forward when I know that it is time to go to CEDA.

I must also comment on the great job in which all your employees have done for the past couple of weeks of enduring two offices in one. Their hard work and on going fast paced as more clients are attending this one location is commendable. I realize that such warmth and professionalism is not just only at FIU but is also offered through your corporation at other locations. As I have attended different sessions, there has been no disregard towards any patient whether it be from one office or the other. All staff both from FIU and South Miami, has taken the time to care for me whether it be to see either Dr. or to make one of the best coffee's in Miami. I must saw that I remember the Dr. from South Miami as he was the treating Dr. before I left and he himself took the time to greet me and ask how I have been. The fact that he remembers the patient and was so kind to also see to my therapeutic needs is amazing. His ability show that CEDA is there to retain great employees as himself is commendable towards your corporation.

I must thank CEDA for the great work their office manager does. (I think it is Letty). When she is at the FIU office, she takes the time to not only greet me but to ask how my on-going sessions are. Even though we met through an incident due to the owner of the building (Not CEDA or related) and his discrimination towards disable individuals, the office manager was able to promptly get back to me and to diminish the situation. Since then, as to myself, I see that she continues to not only greet me but continues to greet and care for other patients. Since then her moto as she explain to me is "Every patient should not only feel comfortable but we are all here to create a warm atmosphere." With that I must say that the office manager offers such and she continues to do a great job both visible by me and other patients as we all seem to go at the same time.

Finally, again I say, "Happy Holidays" and must thank CEDA for allowing me the ability to regain comfort from the tragic accident. Such experience could have never been accomplished for the great staff members in which they have.

Thank You

Omar Munoz
