We financed a 2004 jeep cherokee and they are not honoring the contract.they are lying on all paper work.they wrote that the car was for 3,500 dollrars with 2,000 for 2years. that they will fix if anything happen to the vechicle.not happening we are paying for everything.I have all the paperwork. they never fix the front windshield so it can pass [redacted] tire is messed up,frontliner,sunroof,defrogger not working in back window,none of the buttons in the car are working, they never gave the car a oil change or tune up, we are coming out of our money to get things done but in our contract we added the 2,000 dollars for them to fix for 2years. every time we go back they say comeback comeback now we received a letter in the mail that the car was finance for6,874.00 which is wrong from the paper that we signed5,900.00 with 800.00 cash down which was signed on 2/07/2014. there always a different story everytime we go over their. [redacted] says talk with [redacted]. [redacted] says talk to [redacted]. [redacted] says the only thing she wanted to do was get the paper work to boston because [redacted] wont get paid neither will she. I spoke with [redacted] for 3 weeks before I even met here.then met some lady that says she was from boston I feel like they are rippen me off.the contracts are messed up and they are sending me in circles I dont know but something is wrong and I need your help I did everything by the book and they are not. every day they say comeback or the need to hire a knew mechanic.I need the right contract because I have 2 different contract it looks like some swith the papers but they are in 2 different colors 2 different date, 2 different dates.I dont know what else to do I feel like i'm being ripped off and they are getting away with it.we supposed to have 90days as well if any thing they will fix and they alwats say comeback comeback and tomorrow never comes.their has been to mant people coming in their complaing and fighting with them and i've seen it with my own eyes.they want 2 fight with [redacted] sons because of all the car trouble that other customers are having with them as well.Desired Settlementfix the vechicle the way it is supposed to be fix and to let it be fixed at tyre trax where i've been taking it because I dont think that those guys in their have a certificate to fix on cars and thats where I been taking my car to be worked .Business Response
