When we received the bag, we told the customer there was going to be no guarantee on the stain on the bottom due to the condition of the bagShe was okay with us trying to clean the bagThe bag is old and dirty all overThe bag has rust stains, scratches and cuts on the bottomThe cleaning solution does not remove the lettering on the bagThere are also cuts on the top of the purseThe boyfriend called on Saturday and started cussing at the rep whom answeredHe called Monday morning and also started cussing at another rep and called back and was cussing at the ownerHe stated he was going to get an attorney because the $purse was ruined and he stated someone was going to have to pay for itWe clean several hundreds of purses every year(low end to high end)We are honest when the purses are dropped off about how they will come out due to certain stains will not be removed at allThey put a picture of a new Louis Vuitton on Yelp review

I am rejecting this response because:they are correct in that I was “ok” with the stain not being removedI did NOT say I was ok with the print being removedThe owner even admitted to part of the print being rubbed off the bottom by the employee that “cleaned” the bagWhen the employee pointed it out to the owner, he said “ok stop doing that and just give it a light cleaning”So clearly this solution is strong enough to rub the print offIn regards to allegations of putting a different photo on the yelp review: that is TOTALLY falseUnfortunately that was the only picture I could find of the bagI wish a had more recent ones to show the very clear difference in the printI wish I DID have of the exact same bags but I don’t which is why I am so upset about this oneIt is my first and only LV bag I’ve owned.
