I talked to Mr [redacted] on 4/20/after we received an email from him stating he will look into legal action if Cedar Creek is not willing to repair his motorcycle I called him the morning of 4/20/and left a message to call me back He called me later that afternoon and had a conversation with me He purchased the motorcycle with VIN# [redacted] from Cedar Creek Motorsports on 4/4/ The motorcycle was a left over that we purchased from Honda The motorcycle had miles on it when we purchased it from Honda Mr [redacted] came into the store and purchased the motorcycle with miles on it Cedar Creek Motorsports was selling the machine with no warranty on it, as it is marked on the contract that Mr [redacted] signed We purchased the motorcycle from Honda with no warranty so we were selling it with no manufacturer warranty At the time of sale Mr [redacted] did not purchase an extended warranty either If the bike would have been sold with a manufacturer's warranty, the time frame of that would have been year, which would have put the motorcycle out of warranty also When the motorcycle was at Cedar Creek Motorsports, we prepped the motorcycle, just like we do on any motorcycle with miles on it We never had to go into the motor From my understanding Mr [redacted] motorcycle was also serviced at another motorcycle dealership after he bought it from Cedar Creek Motorsports I do not know what has been done to Mr [redacted] motorcycle after he bought it from Cedar Creek Motorsports It is pure speculation by the current dealership that he most recently had his bike at that someone was possibly in the motor Cedar Creek Motorsports sold the motorcycle with no warranty

The unit was purchased in February I have the cancellation form signed for warranty in June The refund for that was send to their bank Our secretary did not see the Battery For Life and missed refunding that The customer's bank will be receiving a full refund for the Battery For Life with no $cancellation fee They will get all of it back since we missed it The customer will be notified of the tracking number of the check that is going to the bank If there are any other questions Brett can take care of them Thank you

I had been looking for a Yamaha Road Star in the Florida area for over a month. Was not having any luck, most of them had been stored outdoors and the prices were ridiculous. Search nationwide on Cycle Trader and found a great deal at Cedar Creek Motorsports in Cedarburg, WI. After speaking with Mark in sales I decided to take a chance and buy a low mileage 2014 Road Star S, sight unseen! Was assured that the bike was in excellent condition. Took some time, but I received the bike last week. I'm happy to report that the bike was in MINT condition! I was actually very pleasantly surprised with my purchase and couldn't be happier with this dealership. I would not hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them very highly!
