the information that we receive from themOn occasion, there are events that happen at the factory that delay build timesAs soon as we realized that the trailer was going to take longer than we thought, we informed the customerHe let us know that he was very displeased, so we tried to offer solutions that we do have control over, like giving a full refund, even though his contract states that deposits are non-refundableHe would not accept this, so we told him that we would do everything we could to influence the factory to complete his trailer as quickly as possibleBecause we are not the builders of the trailer, we have limited control over thisHis desired completion date has not passed yet, so I am not sure what his lawsuit would be based onWe are still working very hard to get his trailer completed as quickly as possible

I am rejecting this response because: I have received yet another email from Custom Trailer Pros lacking any specifics on when I will receive my item On May 12th I received an email stating my item was on track to be completed and ready to pick up on June I emailed the company back immediately to tell them that June 12th was a Sunday and asked if I was to pick it up on Friday June 10th or Monday June 13th As of today, June 6th, I have been in contact with the company several times to ask when my trailer would be complete As of today, I am being told NOTHING No date, no anticipated date...NOTHING I based my promises to provide services to my clients based on their confirmation to me on May 12th that my item was on track to be finished June 12thThis is not a professional way to treat customers and not trying to resolve the matter is not acting in good faith I vetted this company by researching the company through internet sources and through the Revdex.com I thought it was a reliable company I was under the impression that Custom Trailer Pros was responsible for building my trailer Now, they seem to want to hide behind the cloak of the fact that the company actually building the trailer is a sub-contractor and that they have no control over when I receive my item I am asking that the company fulfill their obligation in a timely manner
