I am horrified I took my family here for the 4th of July at end of day we went to beach for fire works and there was a family who were letting children run wild we ended up with sand in our eyes! And cussed out by family as we were trying to find helpThe lifeguard would not help us get security or rinse our eyes with first aid! He'll none of them could even speak English!!! I guess they don't understand the universal sign that some one need help! I called front desk after finally being able to see and the park said we can try to get security guard down there! What a joke I have paid for platinum season passes for yearsNever again these type of situations should be handled promptlyAnd first aid should be rendered if neededNot only were we physically injured but embarrassed as well
