As a frequent visitor to Horseshoe Bend over the last 25+ years I've heard good and bad about Cedar Glade In its past it was known as HillHigh , and was a destination for most people and constantly booked I spent days here recently , visiting my parents Who live in Horseshoe Bend To be perfectly honest this place "SUCKS" !!! The lobby smells musty , as do the rooms That supposedly were recently renovated All rooms have air purifiers , which I had set on full to rid the room of the musty smell Room service , none !!! I had the same towels , wash cloths, for 3days Did not change out towels, make the bed , Clean the room , never If you stay a week , rooms are not cleaned daily Unless you request it So I assume days is a week in Horseshoe Bend No manager on duty at 7am to complainAs it was the time I left Nor one on duty at 9pm when I returned Only a piece of paper on the locked lobby door , with phone# to call if you want to check in Over the days there , only rooms max were rented out on my last day Didn't even check rest of place out after the disappointing room experience I'd recommend staying far , far away from this place
