To Whom it may Concern;
I am responding to the complaint filed by *** * & *** *
On Saturday 8/23/around 7:pm, myself & the elderly lady from spot #** were walking to the south end of Cedar Grove Shores RV Park to read the meters. The
lady at #** has cancer & likes to walk for exercise but needs an arm to hold on to for balance. As walked by site #** (which faces the lake & picnic area that has tables, a fire pit, at the time there was a burn ban in effect & signs posted "no pets in picnic area".) We were approached by the tenant ***. He asked us for the wifi password & said he was having trouble logging on. I told him how to log in & reminded him that all the instructions were in the park rules paperwork he was given when he checked in. As we spoke his dog ran out of the RV unleashed & barking. I asked him to please leash the dog & quiet him down as it was getting late. He yelled at the dog & continued talking to us. I had to interrupt him & told him I had to read the meters before it got too dark. We said goodbye & the lady & I went on our way
On the way back we saw his door was open & the light was on. So we stopped outside the RV to see if he got logged in ok. He said he did. I said "Great" & we started to leave
As we were walking away *** came out from behind the motorhome, I said "Hi, how are you?" She smiled & said "fine". The lady & I left
I walked her back to her RV, said "goodnite" & went home. Neither myself or the lady I was with were in our nitegowns! We were both in fleece pants & tee shirts
As for being "too friendly", I am in a customer service position. It's my job to be friendly & make everyone who comes into the park feel welcome & at home. My husband of years & I do our best to make sure each & every customer has a happy & pleasant experience. Hoping they will tell their RV friends about us as they travel & come back to stay with us again. We have managed this park successfully for yrs
I am also a Christian woman with morals & as I mentioned have been married for years to a wonderful man. We have beautiful kids & grandchildren
*** & *** never mentioned a refund or told us they were leaving

She stopped payment of the * for $658.54 and gave my husband (Randy) $186.00 for the 4 day stay she was here.
I hope this resolves anymore conflict.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:   This all happened Thursday evening after we were settled in a bit. I guess if she is a great manager for a business for 15 years, why the hand written letter. Any ways she did tell [redacted] her favorite position for [redacted]. And to let her know if and when he was interested.   I am just saying that this is a business with children.  This should not be allowed to happen.  It is our word again hers.  We were able to find a very nice place to stay. I do hope that you do not throw this complaint away. I am sure down the road you will here about this again. This is so very wrong. She is hiding behind her business doing wrong behaviors. Also as [redacted] told her.  God is watching and will make her speak to this one day. Sincerely,[redacted]
