This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Salesman Rich [redacted] was very knowledgeable and helped me with every question I had. I felt very comfortable with the purchase I made.

Original stop was to purchase a new motor for my current boat... Long story short, I am taking delivery of a whole new boat in 3 days. Salesman Bob [redacted] was very accommodating during my many visits, and had answers to all my questions. This dealership is neat and organized, showing attention to detail in all aspects of this business.
After 3 months of shopping, I feel I got the best deal in Wisconsin, on my new boat!

Absolutely a very professional and caring business. Mechanic [redacted] is super polite and extremely knowledgeable and owner Brian is a great person to deal with. Definitely a great place to shop for and buy your boat.

Found a boat on Cedar Lake Sales West bend WI site went out there and looked at a 1997 Bayliner 20ft long and was in bad shape. Looked at a 1997 For Winns with Sales Rich and told him we would like to buy, he showed boat went over boat, put down 100 dollars, pre-qualified for loan through credit union for purchase, signed contract and sales Rich did too on Saturday April 16th,2016 and on contract was to pick up Wednesday April 20th,2016 at 2pm on contract, on Monday April 18th, 2016 put full coverage on boat with insurance company with credit union as lean holder and paid for it in full. was sent to Cedar lake sales and credit union and 20 minutes later I received a email from sales person Rich saying can't buy boat cause envirude 115hp outboard had a cylinder one blown my option was to get my money back or purchase the Bayliner in bad shape. I called sent emails and nothing again I called and spoke with the owner [redacted] Owner, he said he would not fix motor cause cost to them was to costly and they would loose out, he said he took boat in as a trade in and other customer purchased a pontoon boat and he had to contact them to see what they would do with boat but Cedar Lakes Sales excepted the trade, sold us the boat did a contract of sale and excepted down payment and loan ready for financing done. I also having him saying on tape that boat motor was covered for the full month of May 2016, I asked him if I picked boat up April 20,2016 and took boat on lake and it didn't run who is responsible to fix it and he admitted he was and then said no it would be prior owner. Cedar Lakes Sales excepted a trade without inspecting motor of boat and sold boat to us and signed sealed contract and now they won't release boat to us nor fix motor which they never inspected, there adds to the public were false and a lie of inspection. This boat was purchased by us cause husband has cancer and I am permanently Disabled and on SS disability, the boat seats are fitted and worked very well for us and this is Cedar Lakes Sales responsibility to make good to there contract. They didn't even pick up phone to tell us they sent a email which I have and here it is: Hi [redacted], The service department got the boat in to inspect it. There is a major problem with the motor. Cylinder #1 is bad. I can not sell it like it is. There are two choices. 1) refund your money. 2) put it towards a different boat. I’m sorry this happened but that’s why we inspect them. Thanks gain, Rich Cedar Lake Sales Send me a email on cost and what it includes gap insurance Thank you [redacted] As of today April 19th, 2016 I recorded conversation with [redacted] Owner and he will not pay 4000 dollars to fix motor, he believes it is prior owners issue to either take boat back after trade in or pay which is ridiculous, cedar Lakes Sales lied about inspection and that a certified technician checked it and if they did they never would have sold us the boat and excepted money and a signed legal contract from them and with credit Union which I spoke with today with [redacted] and indirect department and we are approved but dealer will not repair the motor for us to complete our legal purchase, they have lied and falsified information and fraud, they have discriminated against me with a disability and my husbands cancer also and took advantage of us under false pretense. We have pictures of boat in side there bay with sold to the Slater's with picture of water below motor were they ran it and excepted the sale and took boat out into sun light for us to take more pictures which we have along with sales person Rich in boat explaining how to work boat. [redacted] Owner will not work with us on fixing the motor, we told him we would wait 6 weeks to fix and that was okay with us, we also offered to close loan Saturday April 23rd, 2016 so they could use loan money to repair motor, we also offered to drop a 1000 dollars off cash so they could use it towards motor repair which is part of our down payment but refuses to except anything except he insist that he is calling prior owner to pay or take boat back but we have a signed contract with money exchanged and loan ready with landmark credit Union. We want this boat cause seating for us with a disability works great and they boat is under 17ft so not big and easy to store in our garage. We have like pictures and all attempts to help them complete this purchase we made. We want motor fixed and boat delivered to us per contract. Now we wait and Loan rates will change and don't know if and when we will receive our purchase of the boat. Cedar Lake Sales are awaiting supposedly for prior owner to call but the trade was final, this is Cedar lake Sales responsibility for taking a trade without checking the motor cause the shape of boat was cared so well per [redacted] Owner on tape conversation.
