These fabrications are going to go on forever as you can already see I am the Administrative Assistant to Dennis V [redacted] MrV [redacted] is out of state at this time While [redacted] had some valid complaint that we didn't get hold of her prior to arriving on site I personally talked to her regarding her bid that she DID receive verbally because she reiterated to me what she wanted to have done She was so inconsistent in what she wanted that I wrote on the back of the ticket exactly what she said As to her "having proof of MrV***'s attempts to reach her, I doubt if she has all the cell phone numbers he may have used to try to reach her It doesn't matter anyway This person has a problem but we do not wish to be involved with her any longer and will never do business again with her I also personally emailed her back that that if she would pay $we would be done The full bill was $I believe this could be a ploy to avoid paying anything perhaps This is taking more time than either MrV [redacted] or I have If you have any suggestions how we can prevent any further attempts to malign MrV [redacted] or his company we would appreciate any suggestions We have always had an A-rating with Revdex.com and [redacted] I don't know what more we can do for this Ms [redacted] [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have phone records stating exactly when he called me and when I called himThere were several times I called him and received no answerThere were also several occasions where he never bothered to call me backThe main issue is he NEVER gave me my bid I requested, and he went ahead and scheduled the work behind my back, and completed it while I was GONE, and now is charging me, with what I think, is an outrageous billAs I told him previously, I received a quote from another company, but Cedar Mountain already came out and did the work BEHIND MY BACK! Otherwise I would have gone with that other tree company to complete the job, as they were cheaperAlso, I did all the cleand feel that it is unfair for me to pay for something that his company didn’t doThis man and his secretary verbally harassed me over the phone, which is why I will no longer speak to himI said several times to him to “be quiet” and “stop” so I could actually TALK to him about this matter! He just bulldozed over me and acted like an immature child over the phoneI said several times that I would like to handle this in an adult manner with some respect, and he continued to yell at meThat is why I will have no more contact with him besides emailsThis man is completely out of line and I will never again do business with him, and I will tell others not to do business with him eitherAll I ask for is a billing adjustment Regards, [redacted] ***

made an appointment to see work requests.  Customer described precisely what was wanted.  We called and had to leave a message as to service costs.  Customer called back and approved 3 small services and did not specify any request to be on site during services or to have a written bid.  We performed the requested services appropriately and timely and billed as bid – $270.00, a quite reasonable cost for the services performed and well within industry standards.  We conducted ourselves fairly and reasonably.  It is difficult to converse when calls are never answered or returned.  Customer will currently not return calls.  This criticism is unfounded and not an accurate reflection of 30 years of our company’s excellent customer care.  Sincerely, Dennis L.
