Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and am satisfied with his decision to waive the bill he provided to me I do not agree with the information that he provided: names are incorrect, dates are incorrect, and information is incorrect As a (small) business owner, he should be available to his clients to answer questions, concerns, or comments as they occur Jeff was available to us when he was trying to obtain our business, but he NEVER called us or responded to us in any fashion except when I informed him via email that I was terminating services with his company, and even then he responded by email He believes I am slandering his company's name, but I do not believe my valid complaint is slander My experience with his company has been horrible I want NO FURTHER correspondence with Lego Services, Jeff L [redacted] or anyone associated with this company, except for a complete acknowledgement of the invoice being rescinded and considered void Regards, [redacted]
