Business Response to a Complaint [redacted] [redacted] Response:At Cedar One we strive for customer satisfaction, but unfortunately accidents happen that are out of our controlIn the case of [redacted] we were in the process of having an overgrown tree removedMs [redacted] had brought the tree to our attention upon her move inWe had told [redacted] that the tree would be taken care of in the summer months [redacted] was aware of the potential hazard of the tree, and had ample parking options away from the treeCedar One is not denying or admitting fault,however when renting a home there are certain risks and responsibilities the renter should be aware ofWe are working with [redacted] to rectify the situation, and have the tree taken down

Over the weekend of October 28, 2017, both parties have reached a resolutionCedar One Property Management has agreed to waive November's rent, and deduct $from December's rent to compensate [redacted]

We are working with [redacted] to rectify the situation, and have the tree taken down.
