She won’t let anybody in her apartment to let us do workWe had a flood because of all of the rainMy daughter went to her apartment and offered to clean it and she said no and she could take care of it herselfWe had another horrible rain and the water got in there againMy son got a wet vac and removed all the water in her apartmentAs far as the mold, again, she won’t allow us in to fix the issueShe paid $deposit to move inShe told me she was going to move and I understood that, but she never didNo one has ever said anything verbally abusiveIf she would allow us in her place, we would be more than happy to remove the mold, but we would have to move some of her things out for time to treat the moldI have several witnesses to back me up if neededI do not want any trouble with her

1/04/This BUS is represented by an attorney, who has requested that all future Revdex.com inquiries be sent to his office via email With this in mind, the mediator drafted an email today, which included a list of eight questions.01/11/The mediator called the attorney's office and attempted to reach attorney, [redacted] , or legal assistants [redacted] or [redacted] , to see if they received my email The mediator left a VM message.01/19/(The mediator spoke to the BUS' attorney, [redacted] .) I have an "Intent to Vacate" letter from the CONS, dated 08/31/At that time, the CONS indicated that she would be out of the rental unit by 09/15/ This was a month-to-month arrangement The CONS claims that she paid a $cash deposit, but all I have on record is a receipt for a $deposit that was paid on 07/29/ I spoke to the CONS on, or about, 09/26/because she had not removed her belongings from the premises I asked the CONS for a forwarding address, but she hung up on me before providing the information Because we did not have a forwarding address, I sent the CONS a detailed text message giving her until 09/30/to remove her personal belongings or they would be disposed of I also notified the CONS that my client had video taped the condition of the unit, that it was "disgusting," and that she would not be receiving a deposit refund I invited the CONS to call me if she had further questions, but I have not heard from her since that time

01/04/18 The mediator left a VM for the CONS.01/11/18 The mediator left a VM for the CONS.01/15/18 Hello [redacted],This is [redacted] and I have returned your call..The information given to Revdex.com is true and correct , and I have a claim for being injured because of negligence.There are issues of it being  uninhabitable and  all additional safety issues such as  extreme unsafe electrical wiring relating to  CEDAR PARK, HOLLISTER, MISSOURI is unacceptable and actually criminal. Thank you,[redacted]01/19/18 The mediator left a message for the CONS notifying her that the Revdex.com cannot assist her with personal injury issues or alleged criminal behavior on the part of the BUS.  The mediator also notified the CONS that her deposit was withheld because of the condition of the unit when she vacated and that the BUS has video tape to document their decision.01/25/18 The mediator left a message for the CONS giving her one more week to provide proof that she paid a $500.00 deposit on her rental unit.02/01/18 The mediator attempted to leave a VM for the CONS, but this did not appear to be a working number.  The Revdex.com is closing this case because the CONS has not provided requested documentation, because the BUS' attorney has reported that the CONS' deposit was withheld due to the condition of the unit when the CONS left, because the BUS has video tape to support their position, and because the CONS has not disputed these facts.  The case is also being closed because the CONS is seeking money for pain and suffering and personal injury, and because she is alleging criminal misconduct on the part of the BUS.  These issues are beyond the purvey of the Revdex.com mediation program.

and removed all the water in her apartment. As far as the mold, again, she won’t allow us in to fix the issue. She paid $100 deposit to move in. She told me she was going to move and I understood that, but she never did. No one has ever said anything verbally abusive. If she would allow us in her place, we would be more than happy to remove the mold, but we would have to move some of her things out for time to treat the mold. I have several witnesses to back me up if needed. I do not want any trouble with her.
