THE ABOVE CUSTOMER TRANSFERRED 4 MEDICATIONS TO US FROM EXPRESS PHARMACY IN BAKERSFIELD ON 01/13/2016, ONE OUT OF THE FOUR PRESCRIPTIONS WAS A CONTROLLED MEDICATION, LYRICA. SHE REQUESTED ME TO TRANSFER ALL OF HER MEDICATIONS TO CVS PHARMACY,...

WHICH I DID WITH THE EXCEPTION OF LYRICA. (A CONTROLLED PRESCRIPTION Ciii-Cv CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE.) ON MARCH 3, 2016 AT AROUND 1:51pm, SHE CALLED THE PHARMACY HARRASSING THE PHARMACY. STATING SHE WAS RECORDING THE CONVERSATIONS WITH THE PHARMACY STAFF, AND THREATENING TO SUE. SHE CALLED SEVERAL, TIMES ASKING FOR THE TRANSFER OF HER MEDS, WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN SENT TO CVS PHARMACY. WE ASKED HER MANY TIMES TO CONFIRM WITH CVS ABOUT THE TRANSFER. WE EVEN SENT THE TRANSFER AGAIN SHOWING THE ORIGINAL TIME WE HAD SENT IT. WE EXPLAINED TO HER ABOUT PHARMACY LAW & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, BUT PATIENT REFUSED TO UNDERSTAND. AT THIS POINT SHE CALLED THE PHARMACY SAYING WE "MUST" FILL HER PRESCRIPTION FOR LYRICA, THE PHARMACIST REFUSED. SHE LATER CALLED HER INSURANCE CAL-VIVA. CAL-VIVA CALLED THE PHARMACY TO GET CLARIFICATION, & WE EXPLAINED TO THEM ABOUT THE LAWS OF TRANSFERRING A CONTROLLED, AND THEY UNDERSTOOD. SHE CALLED ON MARCH 04, 2018 AT AROUND 9:20am TO TELL ME THAT SHE HAS REPORTED ME TO Revdex.com & TO THE BOARD OF PHARMACY. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR TALKED TO A PATIENT THAT HAS BEEN SO RUDE, HER ATTITUDE WAS VERY DISRUPTIVE TO THE PHARMACY STAFF. EVERY TIME SHE CALLED THE STAFF WOULD HAVE TO REPEAT THEMESELVES BECAUSE PATIENT WOULD NOT UNDERSTAND AND KEEP MY STAFF ON THE PHONE FOR SOME TIME, TAKING THEM AWAY FROM THEIR DUTIES. ON MARCH 8, 2016 SHE CALLED AROUND 2:22PM & SPOKE TO [redacted], BUT SHE DID NOT WANT TO GIVE HER NAME, AND BECAUSE [redacted] HAS SPOKEN TO HER SEVERAL TIMES, SHE RECOGNIZED IT WAS [redacted] BECAUSE OF HER TONE OF VOICE. PATIENT REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE PHARMACIST TO FILL HER LYRICA PRESCRIPTION. ONCE SHE SPOKE TO ME TO FILL HER LYRICA, I AGREED. SHE THEN SHOWED UP 10 MINUTES AFTER WE HAD SPOKE & I GREETED HER AS I WOULD ANY OTHER PATIENT. SHE INTRODUCED HERSELF AS [redacted] STATING SHE WANTED HER LYRICA. MY HEART JUMPED, NOT KNOWING WHAT SHE WAS CAPABLE OF DOING, BECAUSE OF HER DEMEANOR & BEHAVIORS. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT IT IS ON ORDER FOR TOMORROW. THAT WE DO NOT KEEP A LOT OF THIS IN STOCK, WE ONLY ORDER AS NEEDED. SHE WANTED IT `RIGHT NOW' BUT THERE WAS NO WAY FOR US TO PROVIDE IT FOR HER AND SHE WALKED AWAY SAYING SHE WILL COME BACK TOMORROW BEING MARCH 09, 2016. ON MARCH 9, 2016 [redacted] CAME IN AROUND 4:00pm TO PICK UP HER PRESCRIPTION FOR LYRICA. SHE WAS GREETED AND WAS ASKED IF SHE WAS HERE TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF. SHE STATED SHE WAS PICKING UP AND WHEN MY STAFF ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE GAVE AN ATTITUDE AS IF WE WERE TO KNOW WHO SHE WAS WITHOUT VERIFICATION. [redacted] RANG HER UP, AND ASKED TO VERIFY DOB WITH AN ID. THE ID WAS VERIFIED, ALTHOUGH THE ADDRESS WAS STILL AN ADDRESS IN BAKERSFIELD. SHE REQUESTED SOMETHING STATING, ONCE AGAIN, WHY THIS MEDICATION CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED. WE WENT ONLINE AND PRINTED 'TITLE 21 CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS' FROM THE DEA WEBSITE TO GIVE HER THE COPY OF THE LAW SHE REFUSED TO SIGN THE COPY AND ALSO REFUSED TO TAKE IT. I OFFERED TO GIVE IT TO HER WITHOUT SIGNING BUT PATIENT REFUSED AND COMMENTED, "I'M NOT SIGNING ANYTHING AND I'M NOT TAKING THAT. WE WILL JUST DEAL WITH THIRD PARTY COMPANIES." PATIENT WAS VERY RUDE TO US, AND COMMENTED AS SHE WALKED AWAY THAT THIS PHARMACY HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have known the law all along... You became difficult when you would not fill the prescription knowing that it was not transferable. You were not willing to fill it until I filed a complaint

THIS WAS IN RESPONSE TO [redacted] REQUEST TO SHOW HER A PROVE THAT LYRICA CAN ONLY BE TRANSFERRED ONCE WHEN SHE CAME TO PICK HER LYRICA. SHE INSISTED SHE NEED SOME PROVE THAT THIS MEDICATION CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED. I GAVE HER A COPY SHE DECLINED TO TAKE IT. BUT NOW SHE CLAIMS TO UNDERSTAND PHARMACY LAWS.
