[redacted] were residents of Cedar Point Town HomesThey did not fulfill their month TAA lease with Cedar PointThey did not give proper notice as required nor did they pay the required rent and fees at move-outCedar Point does not release a resident from their lease, they must pay the required rent and fees and give proper notice as outlined in the leaseThe [redacted] were charged rent for the day notice, the relet fee which is 85% of one months rent and cleaning and damagesThe apartment was not cleaned, they left it with extreme pet odor and damage far beyond wear and tearAt mothe carpet and vinyl were newly installed, the apartment was fully painted and the counter tops were fully resurfacedThe [redacted] had a private driveway and garage for their personal parkingThey chose not to utilize the garage for parking and chose to park in "open" parkingThe picture the [redacted] provided was on a day the garbage dumpster was being hauledOur maintenance men maintain the compactor dailyOn days the compactor is being hauled our maintenance team removes all excess debris and heavy furniture items (which are not supposed to be left there) to allow the truck to enter the compactor area to remove the containerThis occurs weeklyOur team does not block any parking or access to vehicles during this process [redacted] work truck is reflected in the picture [redacted] providedThe view is from across the street at an angle that does not properly reflect the location of the debris in proximity to the truckCedar Point maintains the property at a high quality standard days a weekRegarding [redacted] complaints about noise, management was not aware of noise complaints from [redacted] however [redacted] was addressed by management for noise coming from her apartment during her lease termManagement was never made aware of a problem with glass in our parking area nor any issues with tiresManagement has not in the past nor currently advised the [redacted] that we are unaware of who their debt was referred toAs a result of the [redacted] not paying their debt in full it was reported to a collection agencyThe agency is [redacted] and the [redacted] may contact them at their convenience

I am rejecting this response because: this is all a total lie. Talk about incorrect. That place was cleaner when we left than it was moving in. I have video and pictures to prove it. Also we have photos from when we left and it has none of the issues you stated because they are lies. I would rethink that response.

The facts were as stated in our initial response. There has been no payment of the debt owed to Cedar Point at this writing.  [redacted] will need to communicate with the collection agency, [redacted], regarding the outstanding debt. They may be contacted at [redacted].
