My hat is off to Fernley, as a small town with a big heartOne of the other shops got me in contact with Hometown Auto Repair, a family owned business that helped a motorist in needI literally chugged to their garageThe owner reluctantly agreed to look at my problem, as he was on his way home to take some Boy Scouts for a weekend outingI was first impressed with his ability to trouble shoot the severe problems; an overcharging alternator, and an undercharging battery Second to fix these problems in a smart way, and third, the very reasonable charges for the repairWhat this man and his townspeople did to help me out, will make me want to stop in Fernley again and again to support a place and people that go out of their way to help
