being undelivered. Due to no fault of the company, the postal service in which the package was sent made 3 attempts at delivery in which the package was deemed undeliverable. Subsequently our company contacted the postal service to try to resolve the matter and provided the consumer with the details of the complain, tracking info so that she may also contact the postal service to ensure the validity of the issue. The postal service advised that the package was unable to be delivered and the package was sent for investigation and may or may not be returned to our office. Unfortunately the address the consumer provided for shipment, and the services provided by the postal service are at no fault of our company. That being said however despite the issue being out of the control of our company, our company offered several solutions to the consumer which included a full refund of the monies paid for the package. The consumer was advised of our refund policy, and provided a general timeline for her to receive her reimbursement. A full payment of $[redacted] was issued for order # [redacted]. A full reimbursement was issued to the consumer for the balance of $[redacted]. Bringing this matter to a complete resolution [redacted].

It is interesting that [redacted] was able to deliver a cheque for $[redacted] to the same address that was deemed "undeliverable" for the package in question. It is also incredible that [redacted] would not follow proper procedure, which they are governed by Federal Legislation to do, and return the package promptly to the sender. Thanks to the intervention and proactive action of another employee of the company, the refund of $[redacted] was finally processed in a series of four transactions between October 3rd and 8th. The filing of this complaint was registered several weeks prior to the refund that was processed, and was therefore warranted.
Until I receive the replacement cheque for Order# [redacted], I do not consider this matter to be closed.

Blossoms has fulfilled our portion on refunding the customer, all relevant evidence of the issue with [redacted] was provided to the customer. Again Blossoms has no control over [redacted] or their processes. The customer has cashed her payment and received her refund. I do not believe further resolution is required as the relationship has now ended and the customer has been refunded in full.
