I still have not received an email from the business confirming my order has been found or any update about my sign (confirming it is the correct design and shipping address etc.). I would like the business to send me an email about my sign status and once the sign is shipped an email containing the tracking number of the package. THINK the Revdex.com is legitimate. What good is a rating that you can purchase? I don't need to pay $800/yr to have some company tell me that my business is good and give me a sticker for my window letting people know that someone else thinks I run a good business.
I happen to be the "old man" this complainant spoke with. Imagine how motivated I am to help this individual now. This is a year old? Seriously? Okay, firstly, there was no capture of any funds. Our work is is all custom. Credit cards are simply "authorized" before we prepare proofs for the clients to approve. If there is no proof approval or communication within the 30 days of the authorization, the transaction expires. If the complainant will investigate their own Credit Card Records, they will see this is true. This is all explained in our Sales and shipping policy, available from the first page of our website, which I've attached for clarification.
By the way - here's another reason the Revdex.com is of little value: This is 20 minutes I'll never get back!!
