CSE technician tested lawnmower in front of customer, lawn mower started and ran fine at that time.
Customer was upset and would not listen and gave CSE technician ultimatum. Repair the lawn mower for free or I will take it home. Cse technician tried to work with the customer to look at his lawn mower. CSE Offered to inspect lawn mower, to determine if it was a warrantable situation and if other parts were needed to be purchased that were not put in on first repair. Customer said no, I am not paying any more money or I am taking it home. Customer had such a bad attitude, Cse technician said that if that's the way you want to play you need to take it home.
Customer paid $85.00 for repairs with tax. There is very little profit. Due to operating costs there is no room for free parts. Labor we can work with.
If customer is still having problems, Our door is always open to check lawn mower out.
