I rented a unit from Seyenna Vista, they said they would change out the carpets because the previous owner had animals that left their urine in the carpets. They never did change the carpets, as soon as I moved in, they said that they had no idea that they agreed to this. 3 weeks later I still have no carpets, and it smells really bad.

I paid for an annual lease which was a good deal. When I went with my motorhome into another rvpark in Mesa for work upon return the park was renting my lot to someone else! The managment team was fired shortly afterwards. One neighbor has video taped another resident dealing drugs and offored this evidence to police and management with no results of the person being evicted for this behavior. The new team is better and has been in constant works getting rid of illegal immigrants that hide in the park. There have been sitings of trailer loads of immigrants dropped off in and just outside of the park. Nice! Stray cats and dogs leave waste everywhere. Local Animal
control is well aware of this too. The people that do not belong in the resort drive into the park through the exit gate placing all residents and guests in constant fear of being hit when exiting, police are also aware of this but being private property are unable to help and the management does not help prosicute the wrong way drivers with their own posted $500. fine or offer the police the means to write citations for this driving offense. I have given the office details of at least 30 drivers driving in the wrong way with the management or their corporate police doing nothing. I would comment the park has generous sized lots for campers, and for the most part good neighbors. but can not give any other good points about some of the stupid people who speed through this resort with amped music disturbing resididents and guests. The guest facilities have been closed due to lice and bed bug infestations from vagrants (or residents) using the facilities. The new managment is trying there best and the workers that maintain the resort are doing a good job keeping the resort presentable. I wonder how far up the corporate chain any of this is presented. I have discussed this environment with other Equity lifestyle resorts and the personal comment (oh that park). This could be a better place than it is, the pricing was the attraction but most everything else is still in questionable status. Prospects beware and research reviews
before you leap.
