Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Rocky never followed through and contacted my father! She never did anything to make things right.All she did was complain about her personal life and act completely unprofessional.I would like to talk to her boss.I gave her my fathers name and contact number .she never called him.I also wanted to speak to her boss and she refused to give me that information.I would like this situation followed up with her boss please.Sincerely, [redacted]

I did speak with *** *** she was very upset about not getting an early cheat12:00pmThey stated they have gotten early chein the pastWe do give earlycheck-ins for our guests at no charge if we have a room clean
and readyThe day theychecked in we did not have any rooms available for early check-inThe hotel was full thenight before, cheat our hotel is at 4:pm and checkout is at 12:00pmThis is allstated in our policiesWe do not and could not make another guest leave early becausesomeone wants to cheearlyIn the conversation I had with *** I explained all ofthis to herShe was still upset that they didn't get the room for 24hrs I explained to herwe have between 12:00pm and 4:00pm to clean rooms and have them inspected by our headhouse keeper for the next guestsThis is standard practice in all hotels I know of
I did have to leave early the day she called three times due to a family emergencyOur staffwas not at liberty to explain why I had to leaveI did speak with her the very next dayregarding her stay almost a month earlier on 6/20/I did offer a discount for her fatherthe next time he stays with us

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: poor customer service! Rocky lied about calling to make things right. We or our family will never stay at ceders inn again! My complaint orginally started with poor service on the day we were to check in and the wait time. However, my complaint grew when dealing with the manager Rocky. She is unprofessional.And lies about resolving issues. There are plenty of other places to stay in the area. Bad business! Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: I paid for two rooms June 21, 2014. We checked in late and had to leave by 8:00 AM. We woke at 6:00 to shower and there was no hot water. We called the front desk and they said someone was on their way to fix the problem. 7:00 still no hot water. We called the front desk. The clerk said the problem was being fixed. 8:00...still no hot water. We left the motel at 8:30 and saw a repair truck pull up. We were lied to when they said it was being fixed. As we checked out, they said we would receive a refund. They took all our information and said they would call Monday the 23rd. No call...I called Wed. the 25th [redacted], the assistant manager said they would give a 25% refund. I responded that 50% would be more acceptable because of the short stay. [redacted] said she would ask her manager and get back to us. No returned call. I called the following Monday, June 30th. [redacted] said they would send a 50% refund. [redacted] said she would contact the bank and refund us; saying it would take 3 to 5 days. I called today, July 10 which would be 8 business days and still no refund. I called again and [redacted] said to contact my bank to see if it arrived. My bank said no...and that an electronic transfer should not take 8 days it should take no longer than 5 days at the most. I am told that I cannot talk to the manager/owner because he doesn't take calls. Every time I call I get the run around, or am told she'll call me back and never does. This is very frustrating.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the refund that I was verbally told I would receive.
