Since on/or about Jan 12, Hammer Homes subcontractors have delivered, stored, constructed and parked vehicles on my property during the construction of a new home adjacent to my propertyDespite oral/written requests that this practice stop, it continuesWhile Hammer Homes owner acknowledges (orally and in writing) this is wrong, he provides little or no oversight of the construction siteHe did mark the property line after several urgings, but the subcontractors do not honor this divideAgain, Hammer Homes is responsible for the actions of the hired subcontractors yet does little to control their actionsDamage to my property will be assessed soon, however, this is unlawful use of my propertyAny damage to my property cannot be assessed properly until Spring, however, this complaint should be recorded for review by future perspective home owners looking for a custom home builder to alert them to lack of oversight of subcontractors
This facility has RATS!!!!!!!! running around the facility. They don't care that these rats are destroy paying customers property. The basically said they didn't care.
I never been late with a payment for two years and each year there rates go up and they can't take care of the rat problem!!!
