I am rejecting this response because:they have lied it was days after I bout this item not several and ed told me I had to buy a new one from them then he would refund my money on the oneed had seen this part was junk and I called and asked for price and availability on a new ac compressor and was quoted a price when I go there I was sold a remanand you will be paid back by the manufacturer if you knew what you were doing you sold me junk and you know it cause the girl waiting on me was laughing at the time.I have filed several complaints about this company and will keep doing so the more they liethere is no need to buy other parts when they are not neededthe ac compressor was bad not the other parts so you can stop using that as your excuse bottom line you sold me junk and refused to replace it free of chargewhy would anyone ever want to buy a bad part and then be told that the store wont replace it and you have to buy another oneand as far as me having to replace other parts that bs as well that is like saying well your starter went now u have to buy a fuel pump and rear bumper for a warrantyany real business would have replaced it free of charge with no problems oh and your price matching is not to hot either since I can get most my stuff cheaper else werei went mins down the road and saved 1?of the cost from someone elseplain and simple ceekay sold a junk part they are lying about everything and refused to replace it free of charge.and not to mention how the manger tried to get me to void the warranty on the new one I would have had to buy as wellwhy dont you tell the Revdex.com that your selling this ac compressor to many people and you dont even carry the other parts to sellor at least thats is what ed said that they dont have any and cant get themso that proves your scamming your customersand as far as this going here its cause the scranton store sucks for customer service when dealing with wrong parts and damaged so I always take back to moosicthat is your main branch so when im told to go to hell there what else am I to do so unless im giving the money owned to me and given my letters I will not drop this complaint
