? Please accept this as my response to this claimWhen the claimant called to report that the card did not work we advised the claimant? that there is no problem giving a refund as long as we can read the card to determine the amount of the refund.? We were unable to read the card and
therefore could not verify the amount and could not make the requested refund.? Our policy regarding refunds and how to use the equipment is posted at this facilityIf the card is returned to and cannot be read then we cannot issue a refund.?
