Ms*** asked us to buy the KirbyShe had a job at the time of purchase and never told us that she had any regretsBy law, we are required to give customers business days in order tocancel any purchase of the Kirby total home care systemMs*** purchased the Kirby on 8/15/and had
until the midnight of 8/19/to cancel the purchaseWe did not hear anything from her until weeks after the purchase when her first payment was almost dueShe got a brand new/never used Kirby on 8/15/When her parents came into our office, not only were they yelling and slamming their fists on the counter, but they were making threats to “shut ourbusiness down” because we refused to cancel their daughter’s contractThey are not on the contract and have no legal binding to it; therefore, we cannot even discuss the information on it, even if their daughter gave them her copy of the contractWe asked them to leave several times but they did notWe told them three times that if they did not leave that we would call the policeThey finally went out to their car after we were already on the phone with dispatchWe did nothing wrong and followed the law completely

Mrand Mrs*** refused to leave our business after being asked multiple times. They were yelling and slamming their fists on our counter tops and making threats against our business, this is why we called the police. I understand that they were frustrated and upset but that behavior is not accepted at our businessWe will not cancel the purchaseMs*** filled out a credit application and signed a contract that had all of the financing information on itUCFS (our finance company) not only verified employment with her employer but also verified the purchase with herWe did not force her to sign anything, give us her information, or verify with the finance companyShe did indeed ask us to purchase the Kirby and never once gave us a reason to deny her request to purchase the product. Ms*** also had business days to cancel the contract with either our office or with our finance company and she did notUnless her mother can prove that she has power of attorney over her daughter, we will not cancel or discuss any information on the contract and/or credit application

I am a manager at CeeJay Inc and the one who normally speaks with customers when they have a problem or a complaintI did call the customer at the number I was given as soon as I was aware of her complaint and I did leave a message stating who I was and asking for a return call. I am very sorry that the customer did not receive that message. I would like to speak to her and try to resolve this to her satisfactonSincerely,Terry A** ***

As the person who was lied to and asked for cash for services that were promised by them by Ceejay Inc, I don't know why I keep even entertaining thisPlease understand my place as a consumer...NOT EVEN because I allowed them in my home, and this is still going on! I have done all of this, not for myself...I just had to make sure that this won't happen EVER AGAINI'm not dignifying their 'business response' with more than thatIs it at hard to pick up the phone??? I'm not contacting them! They should be calling meI didn't receive the messageI've wasted even MORE time on this!

We are sorry for the customer's negative experience.  The person who went to her home does not work for CeeJay Inc. He is an associate who was helping us out because we were understaffed at that time. The owner immediately stopped using his services after being notified of the customer's...

complaint. Cassie spoke to the customer and tried to provide the cleaning for her, but the customer said she did not want anyone to come to her house from our company. I also called the customer and left a message asking her to call me back, after she spoke with Cassie, to try to help. She did not return my call. We would like to provide the free cleaning that she was promised.
