I've voiced my concern multiple times with the adjusting firmI am almost days past my initial claimProcess is too slow
On October 8th my house was flooded due to hurricane MatthewInitial adjustment took place on the 13th of last monthRequest for advance payment was done at that timeI did not receive or hear anything from my carrier or the adjusting firm about any concernFinally, I had to call myself to find out what was doing onTheir were "supposedly" missing pages on the advance payment claim requestAdjusting firms excuse is due to severity of the hurricane and recent flooding it is taking longerI understand all that, but the adjusting firm shouldn't give one person workload more than they can handleNow it's people that were affected by the flooding are the one's sufferingRecently, I stopped by my house and I find out that my furniture is had molds that were not present prior to the floodingThis is unacceptableIf the process was faster all this unnecess
