*** *** has been unreasonable when trying to work out the disagreement while doing business with usWe sold them a product that all of our other clients receive and have had no complaintsWhen they signed the agreements with our company they were fully aware of how the process works and what they were paying forIn the contract it states that they are able to return leads that have incorrect phone numbers but all other leads are billableThe reason this is the case is because the lead quality depends on who is doing the sellingWe provided Fadaie a fair product that was agreed upon and returned leads for disconnected phone numbers, but it was their fault the leads did not turn into policies. We are sorry we were not able to come to an agreement as we will agree to disagree on this issue. Thank you,Alex C***

I am rejecting this response because:We have over thirty years of selling insuranceWe have used numerous vendors selling leads, some leads were better than others and we have never been compelled to file a complaintAt this point it’s taking to much time and effort away from being productiveThe Revdex.com job is to hear both sides of an issue, they have heard ours; When the majority of leads say they never asked for a quote or are upset by the number of agents calling them something is wrong. The public should be protected from this spurious company

Before working with [redacted] we made clear how web leads work and what expectations were. Sam F[redacted] and I, over a hand full of conversations made it very clear that we weren't going to share the leads we are selling them ([redacted]) with any other party. That being said, we informed [redacted]...

[redacted] and [redacted] that all we can control is what we do with the lead data once it comes into our system. After that, is is their responsibility to contact the lead as soon as possible because what we've seen in the industry is if a Lead sits for even a couple minutes and doesn't get contacted, it is highly likely they will continue browsing the internet and in many cases they enter their information again elsewhere on someone elses site.  When checking in with [redacted] who was the one "working" the leads, he admitted on multiple occasions that he was not contacting the leads in a timely manner and would call them at later hours in the day/night. On one occasion he admitted that he contacted a lead who said the contact was not home and to try again later. The next day [redacted] Insurance) tried to tell me that that same number has never answered and told me it was a bad lead. This is one of many examples where [redacted] was dishonest with us and lied about their operations. We never shared leads with [redacted] and another parter. We know that [redacted] did not follow through with expectations and contact the lead in a reasonable amount of time. We have proof that we did not share leads between [redacted] and any other partner. We cannot control what the lead chooses to do on the internet once it is neglected. [redacted] wanted exclusive leads, we delivered, they neglected.Also we have attached the agreement signed by both parties involved.
