Revdex.com:Thank you for your support in reaching out to CEI. I do not agree with their response, but life's too short. I'll move on. Their indifference to the repeated mistakes gives me no reason to believe they will not continue to charge me additional costs for a visit over a year ago. They made a mistake, then they made another mistake, and all they can do is stand their with their hand out looking for me to make it right.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory in creating a means to an end.
