I have yet to get a technician to my corporate headquarters that I requestedI have requested on more than 2 occasions over months to have a technician come to the corporate headquarters to both train and service the printer, which are services this company provides. The printer has only been bought approximately 6 months ago and it consistently jams, it doesn't staple, etc. The first technician that came while I was present (with the company) connected my laptop and suggested to have another tech come out since I would like to connect a number of devices to the printer and my boss has informed me that there has been one there before and that experience was not great either. Desired SettlementI would like to have a technician scheduled to come to the office to instruct how to connect devices to the printer and to service the printer within a reasonable time frame.Business Response Contact Name and Title: Contact Phone: [redacted]Contact Email: [redacted]CEI provides equipment related repairs / supplies for this customer's copier. This customer has had zero repair related service calls in the past 18 months and only 3 actual repair related calls in the last four (4) years. The customer has placed four (4) IT related calls in the past 6 months (all related to adding print drivers / scan destinations). CEI has not be retained as the IT support provider for this customer. Despite this fact, CEI has attempted to resolve the IT related issues via our IT helpdesk and this IT helpdesk support has been provided at zero charge to the customer. CEI has offered to send out a Network Engineer on a billable hourly basis. The customer refuses this service and then tries to circumvent the process by claiming to need additional training. In the past 12 months this customer has spent a total of $11.42 in repair / supply related expenses to CEI.Consumer Response The CEO and myself spoke with the COO and his assistant of CEI and resolved the issue.
