To whom it may concernThis matter is old and has already been taken care ofPlease note We are very responsive and never received a complaint about this from the Revdex.com until nowThe issue has been resolvedPlease note there were circumstances that occurred with the timing of phone calls , our meeting ect that lead to the complaint which was explained to Mrs [redacted] ***She also had told me that she called the Revdex.com and I can understand how her frustration lead to her calling the Revdex.comIf someone needs an explanation from the Revdex.com they can contact me , or Mrs [redacted] about how the whole situation occurred which lead to thisThings happen , its how a business deals with itIm not able to control an employees error of not looking at the address and treating the wrong lawn, it happens .Every company whos been in been in business for any length of time has made that mistake( its called human error) While he is a representative of our business he made an honest mistake as did the applicator from the year priorI wasnt aware until I received the phone call that the seed repair from the previous year hadnt takenI dont believe our office administrators comments were addressing Mrs [redacted] ***s concerns correctly adding fuel to the fire, However If a customer hangs up on our company representative as she did, I will not return her call or anyone else that conducts themselves like thatI explained that to Mrs [redacted] as the reason I didnt return her callWe dont bad mouth our competitors as it solves nothingI think the whole situation turned into something more than what it wasIf there is any pending issues with this matter feel free to contact me Sincerely [redacted] President Turf & Tree Worx

If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is Not necessarily fair I DID pay them to install my trees I assumed correctly which they did not do All out of the ground and crooked it had been over 30 days since my complaint to you before he contacted us to come out I gave him several weeks before that it is not fair to pay someone else to try and save these trees which may not be saveable but we could not wait any longer we had grass going in and needed to limit the use of equipment I am willing to wait till July and see what happens if they live or die he made no promises how many he would replace he said not all that die I don't think a company like this should be walking around with an a+ rating from you if it does that doesn't say much for your grading system Regards, [redacted]

It got cold last fall and the trees un-straightened and company called him back at a later date to advise he would come out on Monday and the consumer said he already paid someone re-straightened them. It was an early cold snap last fall. We will revisit in early July and he will decide what to do...

at that time to help offset the staking. The company cannot guarantee trees and purchased without warranty as they are unsure what a consumer will do with watering.
