Bought 25 ceiling tiles and half were broken due to poor packaging and quality of tiles. Very cheap plastic. Was told they are personally inspected before shipping so not their fault must be shipping. That was on the phone with the company in Florida. They are shipped from I dis and also does not say fragile on any part of package so I'm sure was tossed around a lot. They will only allow us to pay for shipping back to them even after seeing photos we sent through email and will "decide" on reimbursement. Unhappy with how they would deal with such a situation and not even gaurenteed a refund so I'm not sure on paying out of my own pocket for a return.
