Review: I signed a contract with Celco Heating and Air for a brand new HVAC system gas hot air. Spent 2 hours telling them where I wanted the piping to go and not go. Specifically told them not to attach the gas line to my chimney and to have all the gas lines on a specific side of my chimney. They never called me to ask for clarification or to notify me of problems with where the gas line should be run. Afterwards I noticed they screwed the gas line into my chimney. Now they want me to pay to fix where the gas line is after paying them 18,000. I wouldnt use them for a new HVAC system. They installed where it was convenient for them and not where the homeowner wants the piping.Desired Settlement: want the piping where I initially told Jim Smith where I wanted it to begin with at NO additional cost to me - its not my fault they never called me for clarification!!!
