Yes we agree the window had been cracked during repairs being done on the house. The reason it took so long is because we could not just simply order a new window, we had to order a new sash which had to be matched to the original window. It wasn't as simple and easy as the client...

Once it had been ordered, Integra Contracting went to pay for the window and schedule the installation, however the client had already took it upon herself to call [redacted] Windows and order it and pay for it. We did give the client $500 off of the original work for the damage and we fully intended to make it right on our end. We are extremely sorry for the damage and the delay in getting it fixed, but it was out of our control. [redacted] has the work scheduled to be completed on 9/15/17 upon the clients request.
