Review: My husband and I were excited to have purchased tickets with plans to attend [redacted] on 7/28/15. When we arrived, well ahead of event time, there was a huge thunderstorm causing the little available public parking lots to be extremely muddy. When I pulled up and explained that my husband is on perm disability and was having issues with his feet (thought to be broken at the time). I was told "sorry" and told that I could park in the lot or along the curb. I advised the parking attendant that the line was already backed up to near where you turn onto the road, half a mile or so back. Again, I was told "sorry" and told to move. I asked if I could swing around the venue and drop my husband off at the backstage entrance (see below). I was told "no" and again asked to move. We had no where to go as I saw people sliding around the parking lots and the line along the curb was exhausted. There was no way my husband could have managed with his feet, so we left. The company's website discusses their handicap parking accommodations (see below) and we bought the tickets based upon that knowledge. With my husband's needs this is something we also check before attempting a new function. I have had email correspondence in an attempt to resolve and have been given corporate spiel that condescendingly ends with "hope this info helps" kind of responses along with promises that the event staff has been talked with about being more helpful in the future. That doesn't help me concerning this event or monies that I'm out. ----Website info:Handicapped Parking: Our parking attendants will direct you to our handicapped parking area. It is located along the road by our backstage entrance.Handicapped Entrance: Our handicapped entrance is located at the backstage entrance. Handicapped guests will be admitted just prior to the main gates so that you may find your seats comfortably before any sort of rush.Desired Settlement: I do not think that it is fair that I should be out $90 for two tickets that we were unable to use when the facility did not hold up their end and accommodate my disabled husband/our situation as outlined on their own website.
