Review: This organization is repeatedly sending me statements of a balance due of $75 for a "No Show Visit" charge that was never made, nor missed.I have a credit on my account of $35 that they refuse to refund.Desired Settlement: I would like for this organization to refund my balance of $35 and to cease sending monthly statements with a balance due of $75. I wrote a letter directly to the office, however, the office manager will not acknowledge.
