Celebration Suites

I stayed here in January I was injured while on property due to a large pothole in parking lot which by the way they never even covered after they were informed while I was still there This incident totally ruined a vacation for my three grandsons and myselfI did fill out an incident report which I have a copy ofI had originally been in contact with hotel and was promise things they never followed up oneI also along with others have tried getting in touch with the GM Brian Wong to prevail, even though I was told by hotel he would contact me.I am writing this review because I feel this hotel does not care about guest, in my opinion there are a lot of hotels in Florida that care about people find one of them!!
