I am writing this letter in response to the RevDex.com concern ID [redacted] . Celebree has included confidential information attached to this letter that should not shared with the customer in question. On 5/6/15, management at Celebree Learning Centers of Bear contacted Human Resources... after a parent reported that her child (***) had been hit and kicked by his teacher. We immediately suspended the teacher in question ( [redacted] ) so we could begin the investigation process. The video footage revealed that at the time in question, [redacted] told Ms. [redacted] that he had had an accident. When he turned to walk away from her, Ms. [redacted] grabbed his shirt to turn him around and talk to him to tell him to go into the bathroom instead of back with his friends. Witness/Incident statements (attached) were also collected by Ms. [redacted] and her co-teacher Ms. [redacted] . Neither statements or video footage captured any sort of physcial violence toward any of the children in the classroom. However, Celebree does not condone grabbing a child by the shirt as redirection. As a result, we did put Ms. [redacted] on a final written warning (attached). In her action plan, she reviewed Celebree’s Conscious Discipline materials available in the center. On May 7th, Mr. [redacted] and Mrs. [redacted] - [redacted] sent a letter (attached) to the CEO, [redacted] explaining her frustrations within the center but never requested any sort of reimbursment. Desired Settlement: Celebree will be reimbursing [redacted] - [redacted] for ***’s final week tuition totalling $263. We do apologize for the form of redirection utlized by Ms. [redacted] . However, our investigation has indicated that we upheld our values and there was no physical abuse to any children in this classroom.

I am rejecting this response because:The cancellation policy was never discussed when the massage appointments were made. The massage appointment was not cancelled an hour before the appointmentPhone reports can clearly document time that call was made. A phone call was made by myself to try to resolve this matterI was not rudeThere was no mention of waiving the couple's massage fee. A message from Lisa was receivedVoicemail is savedShe reported that the couple's massages would be $plus $for couples chargeNo mention of discount or credit. a follow up call to Lisa, verified that $for massage and $for couples massage would be chargedNo mention of any discount or creditA witness has signed and notarized letterCall was on speakerphone since message was so rude and disrespectful.Credit card was charged $70, not $.Still issue that rash could have been contagious and spread by massage.

*** has been to the studio multiple times with boyfriend/now husband, we have cancelation policy posted in studio, posted on websiteAlso we will not schedule a massage for any clients without a credit card on file to reserve appointment which again the cancellation policy is again conveyed to
the customerMost massage studios charge full session price for late cancellations, we charged a small fee considering it was a couples massage $each, $each person plus $each person for couples charge*** never called it was her boyfriend now husband I think, and he cancelled less than an hour before massage and gave no reason at allSince they were good clients we only charge $each since its not fair to the two therapists to lose payWe also said we would waive couples charge of $each when they reschedule*** called after the fact like a day or two later being rude to front desk and posting on our Facebook page not knowing all the facts like we offered to waive couples fee totaling $We went above and beyond most studios since they would been charged a full session $each normallyWe charged $each with offering to waive the $couples fee off when they reschedule, considering they cancelled so last minute that was all we could do
