Review: I bought a coat from celebs clothing. It was the bane real leather coat. When I bought the coat it was labeled as a cow hide leather, also I talked to a customer rep and they told me at the time that it would be cowhide leather so I weather proofed it as a cow hide leather. shortly after the leather coat started peeling and when I contacted them the told me that it was actually sheep skin and refused a returned because they said it would be too difficult. Now the peeling is teen times worst and I havent even worn it for two months. I took it to a leather shop and they told me it would keep getting worst and that it was ruined because of the weatherproofing. They have currently changed the site to say that it is sheepskin and not cowhide but I still have emails of when it was labled as cowhide and them explaqininig that its actually sheepskin for proof.Desired Settlement: I want an exchange for a new coat without having to pay for any extra shipping since the coat was ruined because of their mislabeling on their site and misrepresentation from thier customer associate when I purchased.

Review: Returned product in Mid August. Got confirmation of return on august [redacted]. Told I would be refunded in 2 weeks. When no refund was giving I was told it would take another 15 buisness days. when still no refund was recieved told it will "still take more time" and that they only do refunds "once a month"Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the 229.00 that I paid for the suit that I returned almost a month ago now

Review: I purchased a suit from them and when it arrived the colour wasn't what I expected; I knew it would be block pink but they compared the suit to the one of Great Gatsby and there wasn't a picture of the suit, and it wasn't similar to the one they said it was. There are marks on the suit too. After I emailed asking for a refund they told me they would not do it and I wondered if it's in the law for them to do so? Furthermore, they claimed th suit is linen and the suit is most definitely not.Desired Settlement: to get a refund on the product.
