Celebrity Limousine Party Bus Stone Oak

Worst experience ever. Rented a 30 passenger bus for my daughters Senior Prom, Marcus call to say the A/C was out and sending 2 different limos. We recieved a hummer with no A/C and a bus from a retirement community which had been spray painted over sign. The bus was not a party bus, it had set like a school bus. All the kids were very upset and didn't want to get on, but had no other choice. They were sending another party bus out at 8 to 8:30 and didn't show up till 9pm and didn't have enough room for the 30 on this bus. I had all the parents asking what was going on. Left messages for Marcus and would not return my calls. All the kids are wanting there money back. Marcus has not had the courtesy to even call. Apparently Celebrity doesn't even own a 30 passenger bus. The was not hte first time that Marcus has done this to us, happened last year also. Should have never went back. Celebrity Limo ruined my daughter and friends Senior Prom. THIS COMPANY IS NOT LICENSED IN SAN ANTONIO WITH SAPA GROUND TRANSPORTATION
