Review: I reserved celebrity limousine for a bachelorette party on September 26, 2015. I made my reservation several months in advance for pick-up at 6:45 and service for a full 7 hours. We had an appointment at Full Body Fitness at 7pm for a pole dancing class to start off the evening. However, the bus was late and did not pick us up until 7:45. We missed our pole dancing lesson, which I had already put a deposit on. I also had already paid in advance the 7 hours, which I clearly was not provided. I then called the company every day for the next week to discuss the issue and asked to be refunded for the hour of service I did not receive ($174.75) as well as for the $100 deposit that I lost. This does not even take into account the distress and upset it caused to our evening, as we missed our planned activities.

I was able to speak with the secretary at the company every day, and she kept telling me that she had no power to refund my money and promised my every day that the owner would call me. She never did, which is why I kept calling back. Finally, after a full week, she told me the owner was out of town. Now they will no longer respond to my requests at all. I do not believe that any business should be able to operate in such a wayDesired Settlement: I would like my money back for the hour of service that was not provided ($174.75). I would also like a refund of the $100 for the deposit for the activity that was missed due to their poor service.

Review: Called and spoke to company on 4/17 and asked to reserve a bus for saturday, May 23rd, memorial day weekend. The person I spoke with said they were not sure if there was availability and would call me back. The person called me back and said there was availability. To book, I gave a $200 deposit and was told $499 would be due the date of the event. On Friday, 4/24, I received a call that the bus was outside. I told the driver that this was the wrong date. The driver said he would call his manager and give me a call back. I never heard anything back, yet the next day, my card was charged the $499. Since 4/24, I have called 4 seperate times and left numerous voicemails asking to speak with the manager to have this rectified. Each time I call, I am told the manager is not availavle for several days.Desired Settlement: I need to have the charge refunded as the service was never used.

Review: I am requesting s REFUND for the FIRST HOUR of inadequate, substandard service I rented limobus for my daughter's wedding for May 30, 2015 The contract was FOUR HOURS at 262.50 per hours Between 2:36 pm and 3:36 pm I called the company TWELVE (12) Times to lodge the following complaints1. The Air Conditioner did NOT work correctly.2. The RADIO did not work correctly3. The coolers were NOT stocked correctly4. The HATCH was OPEN, it POURED outside and LITERALLY RAINED inside the Limobus5. The Limo driver ([redacted]) drove off with the rear doors open (TWICE) while bridal partys' personal belongings were inside limobusDesired Settlement: I am requesting s REFUND of $262.50 (Two hundred sixty-two dollars) for the FIRTS HOUR of inadequate, substandard, unprofessional service

Review: I rented a Limosine Party from Celebrity Limosine Service bus for my daughter's wedding on May 30, 2015. The first hour of service was SUB-STANDARD and In my opinion the Manager [redacted] who would give her last name was very unprofessional and tried to minimized the experience. [redacted] specifically told me the Limobus was checked the night prior to the wedding however on the wedding day for ONE FULL HOUR.....The Air Conditioner did not work correctly, the radio did not work correctly, it was RAINING inside the Limobus, the drinks were HOT because there was VERY LITTLE ICE and to top thinks off The Limobus Driver drove off and left the back door of Limo open while personal belongings were inside the bus not ONCE but TWICE!!! When I complained, [redacted] said there was ONLY a few drops of water in the Limobus BEFORE she even inspected the bus. [redacted] also told me the BRIDAL PARTY should have closed the HATCH where the rain was POURING inside the bus. Imagine you THE BRIDE OR your BRIDAL PARTY being dressed for THE BIG DAY and getting SOAK & WET trying to close the HATCH to the Limobus that was "THOROUGHLY CHECKED" the previous night by the maintenance staff [redacted]'s resolution to the problem was to provide COMPLIMENTARY CHAMPAGNE that I REFUSED and provide ICE that I did not want. How can COMPLIMENTARY CHAMPAGNE OR ICE STOP RAIN FROM POURING inside a bus?Desired Settlement: refund for 262.50 (ONE hour service) of Four Hour contract
