Celebrity Limousines & Transportation Service

I just read the two reviews posted on April 1st, and March 6th, of this year; after I called to get a quote. I am posting a review because my experience was just like Sheila's. A man answered and as I explained that I was calling for a quote, he spoke to someone else with him. Then he said, "Sorry, what did you say?" I asked first if he even had availability on the date of my daughters wedding? He said he was not in his office so he didn't know. He seemed so distracted, I asked if I should call back tomorrow, he said no, someone is in the office, why don't you call back in 10 minutes. Apparently they haven't improved since the bad experience Susan had last month for her daughters wedding. I won't be calling back.

This Company was hired for my daughters wedding. I was told I had to pay full price for the night even though we only needed them to bring us to one place. Right when the photographer and the videographer were in the middle of taking our pictures I began to receive phone calls from another limousine service that if we didn't leave 30 minutes before we were planning to they would leave us because they had another wedding after us. It made a very peaceful and beautiful day into chaos. We rushed thru the pictures, left hundreds of dollars of food to spoil because we didn't want them to leave us stranded. I called to complain but the person who booked my service no longer works for the company. I feel like we are do a refund because I payed for much more than what they did.

This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. A young guy answers the phone and I ask for rates and he responds with "ok" and silence. I said again I am calling for rates please and again he responds with "ok." I asked him if he was busy and he said "yes I am a little busy right now" so I asked if I could talk to someone else and he said no I can talk to you. So I said ok what are your rates please. He responded I don't know what do you need. I said thanks for your time goodbye and hung up. Horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone to use this company.
