My husband ordered a canvas for me for Valentine's. When we received it, the printing of our names were not centered and it looked horrible. My husband and I have both tried to contact the business by their email, and they say they can't find our order. Or send pictures of 2hat the problem is. There is not a phone number either, just email.
Refund We would like our money refunded since the item is no good to us.

We received mail from *** regarding tracking details and same is shared with him. We've delivered the same product *** had ordered. Delivery has been done on timely manner. *** has received the product but seems that ***'s intentions are wrong. There is no fault from our side.We received the mail from *** that he received the defective canvas. We asked himto provide the images of the defective product so that we can proceed further for the refund or replacement, But we did not get any images from *** side.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I have sent pictures 7 different times. Each time they say they didn't get anything. I have attached the pictures 3 different ways. They still say they are receiving nothing. This is the most frustrating company to deal with. I don't want my picture, they can take it back and refund my money. I have every email I have sent to them. I have attached what I have been sending them so you can see what my product looks like.
