Review: I sent Celebrity Productions a $70 Activation Fee on Nov. 30, 2012 with the understanding that I would receive a 7- night Hawaii vacation certificate for a 1-bedroom condo that would sleep 4 people with one year to use. The certificate I received was only for a studio unit that sleeps two and expires on June 30, 2013. I called Celebrity and spoke with [redacted] on 1/21/13 and he acknowledged the problem and offered to send another plus a bonus certificate for Cancun. Okay ... but the second one we received was only for 4 nights and still would only accommodate two adults. Since our desire was to travel with another couple, having a 1 bdrm condo for 4, as originally promised with no upgrade charge was essential. I've called [redacted] back and left messages requesting a refund but no further response.Desired Settlement: I've lost faith in Celebrity's ability to honor my original certificate. Please just refund the $70 activation fee according to the printed Refund Policy that the provider is not able to provide the services listed. No, I do not want to try again ... just send the $70 refund.
