Bad serviceBroken down old resortLied and changed our reservation at check in, while still charging us the sameTiny uncomfortable rooms! Rude staff- I made a reservation for bedrooms and full baths at this resortOur suite had only one private bedroom which had no window, fan, or ventilation of any sortThe other space they considered the 'second bedroom' was actually an open loft, which offered very little privacyThe unit was in disrepair with a broken microwave, broken step, and a leaking toiletThe furniture was old and broken, including the loft bedIt was tiny and only had one wall AC unit for the place located in the small family room areaSo that space was freezing and the rest of the unit was hotThe entire building was in need of repairsEven though I had proof at check in of the unit I had reserved the manager on duty (named Jose`) was very rude and treated me as if I was the one in the wrongHe offered no compensation and when I asked for something to 'make it right' all he gave me was a $breakfast certificate to a local restaurantThat seems hardly enough to compensate for our inconvenienceWe ended up leaving & paying to stay at another place for the majority of our visit, even though we'd already paid on this place as wellThe staff was so rude they would take over the elevator even after you were in it and I was even ran into when trying to carry luggage out by one of the maidsI would never stay here again and never recommend anyone else to stay there!

The other space they considered the 'second bedroom' was actually an open loft, which offered very little privacy.
