We wrote the manager observing about ten less than favorable experiences:- NO HOT WATER- No accessibility- Malfunctioning toilet- Insufficient parking- No statement/invoice upon check-out- etc...... A copy of the letter listing all of our experiences is available to Revdex.com upon request. About two weeks after our visit we spoke with a Mr. [redacted] at Legacy [redacted] by telephone. He asked that we explain to him the points made in the letter to which we replied that the letter had stated everything. He offered a complimentary stay at Legacy [redacted] which we declined. We requested instead something more substantial such as a refund of the "Resort Fee" imposed by the Legacy and, perhaps, additional remuneration. We asked how the resort fee would be refunded to which he replied that it would be credited to the credit-card account used for the reservation. We responded that that credit-card account was so longer active and offered to provide another card number. He replied that he could not accommodate that request and would offer no further refunds. I observed that the Legacy [redacted] comes across as a less than professional organization. He replied that all we did was send a letter to point out shortcomings and complaints and did not want to discuss them. We responded that since the letter stated everything there was no need for further discussion. We commented that it would be to everyone's advantage if Legacy [redacted] were to be demolished and rebuilt as a quality property. Mr. [redacted] then told us to have a nice day.Desired Settlement: A refund of the Resort Fee and a refund of a portion of the fee for the room is requested. And since we received no invoice or statement of charges for our stay, a copy of the statement is expected. Our email and postal addresses are both available in the letter to Legacy [redacted].
