I personally spoke to [redacted] ***At the time we spoke, I explained to [redacted] that I would be happy to refund the unused tans because she was not satisfied with the serviceI also explained to [redacted] that we do not keep any credit card information in our system for security reasons and she would need to provide me her credit card information so I would be able to process the refund [redacted] did not provide her credit card information, and ended up hanging upAgain, if [redacted] would like to call back, and speak to me, I would still be willing to refund the unused tans-Natalie B[redacted] ***

Same story, different customer. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Will repeatedly charge you months later long after contract fulfilled / paid in full, then redirected to jump through corp office hoops, bc allegedly no store mngrs... and of course employees cannot help you. THIS IS FRAUD, but as we all know here in ScAmerica, corps are exempt from related jail time. Yes I pre-read the reviews, but seemingly thought I was invincible. CROOKED GREEDY DYING CORP within a dying industry STEALING to stay afloat. -0 STARS.

UPDATE:
Called the corp office (a number very difficult to find!) at 480 696 3988. Went straight to VM so likely this line a cell phone that's not powered on. Left 2 VMs and 1 text but feel hopeless. My image of this being a reputable co is diminishing quickly.

***,I am so sorry to hear about your recent experienceWith any transition of ownership it takes time to remodel and replace equipment, bulbs, etc We want to serve our customers, and being in the valley for over years the last thing we want to do is close the store and shut
customers out of our business when we are making changesDuring construction should not have had you go in any bed that had dust on it and I will address that with the staff immediately. I decided to close my account mid September accepting I would continue to be charged for another 6 weeks. My account was charged almost 2 months after canceling on November 6th. I have been trying to receive a refund for 3 weeks and have been treated unprofessionally by the management with a strong feeling that if they give me the run around long enough I'll give up on my refund. I had been a customer for 6 years, sad to see this end on such a negative note. I would not recommend this business to anyone who chooses to deal with professional staff that are mature enough to handle simple day to day skills at their work place.

This request for an early termination of the membership is granted. The last payment of $25 will be July 18th as requested. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.
