1)it ran and drove perfect when they test drove it loaded it on there trailer
2)I have texts messages that they took gas out of it and put new filter on it and new spark plug why I don't know it was running perfect before they touched it
3)I have texts messages to prove this they broke it by messing with it
4)my business partner told them few things that might have happened but this stuff didn't work and usually over the phone fixing don't work lol
5) machine was brought to us Tuesday of last week by customer and my business partner had it fixed in mins
6)they fuel filter they put on was broke s allowing air into gas line that's why machine would not run
7)my business partner took complaintifs brother and boyfriend on mins worth of driving while they were at my shop machine runs perfect
8)in summary maybe the customer should tell the whole truth when they turn a business in and try and ruin our reputation for them being the problem
the customer is not always right infact times out of the customer is full of it they do stuff they shouldn't and causes good running equipment to brake
9)and maybe customers first words on text should be I want my money back or ill contact a lawyer and yes I have the texts to prove this to this makes a person shut down right away
10)and just to clarify u know why they wanted there money back right away is because they had garage sales days in area and they found other golf carts for sale for dollars less and this is what there plans were get money back after messing up our golf cart make us fix it after they messed it up then go buy another cart cheaper good people there....in then make me waste my time dealing with this matter with the Revdex.com instead of just bringing it here and letting us fix there mess up
